FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Everything you need to know about Forever Thirsty coffee.
All of our coffee is grown in the highlands of Apaneca, El Salvador at Finca Las Lomas, a family-owned coffee farm managed by my brother. This land has been in our family for generations, and today, Forever Thirsty is proud to source directly from it—no brokers, no middlemen, just real family-grown coffee.
Yes. While we do not yet carry USDA certification, our beans are organically grown using natural, chemical-free farming practices. The farm relies on traditional methods—no pesticides, no synthetic fertilizers—just sun, rain, and rich volcanic soil.
Both!
- Our roasted coffee is roasted and packaged in El Salvador, then shipped directly to San Diego and across the U.S.
- We also offer green coffee beans (unroasted) for home roasters, cafés, or anyone looking to buy in bulk or by the sack.
You’ll find both options clearly labeled on each product page.
Absolutely. We offer green coffee in full 69kg sacks or smaller bulk quantities. This is ideal for roasters, cafés, or serious home enthusiasts. Check our Wholesale page or Contact us for pricing and availability.
Our roasted coffee is freshly roasted at origin in El Salvador, often within days of export. We package immediately after roasting to preserve freshness and flavor during shipment to the U.S.
Yes—we ship roasted and green coffee across the United States. Local delivery in San Diego may be available on request. International shipping is not yet available.
No—we’re intentionally small. Forever Thirsty is a veteran-owned, family-run coffee company. Our scale allows us to focus on direct sourcing, quality control, and customer relationships—not mass distribution.
Yes. Our beans are grown at elevations of 1,300–1,600 meters, handpicked at peak ripeness, and sun-dried. We focus on premium varietals like Bourbon, Pacamara, and Caturra Amarillo. Every roast is carefully profiled to highlight the origin’s natural flavor.
We currently offer:
- Medium Roast – balanced, bright, and smooth
- Dark Roast – bolder, with rich chocolate and toasted notes
More roast profiles may be available in future releases.
Many of our coffees are certified organic and fair trade. Look for the certification badges on individual product pages.
Not necessarily. Caffeine content doesn’t change much during roasting. In fact, light roasts tend to have slightly more caffeine by volume (because the beans are denser), but the difference is small.
Go with the roast that fits your flavor preference!
Yes! Great coffee starts with great technique.
